Data Retention Policy

At FlyPix.ai, we are committed to ensuring the security and privacy of your data. This policy outlines how long your data is retained and the conditions for its removal.

File Deletion

  • Files such as raster data, vector data (generated by inferences of user-based annotations) will only be deleted if the user explicitly removes them through the app’s functionality (e.g., by using the delete buttons) or after an account is deemed inactive.

App Usage Data

  • Information related to your use of the app will be retained indefinitely to help us analyze and enhance the performance and user experience of the service.

Generated Data Retention

  • Any data generated within the app, including files, processing results, and inferences, will be retained unless the user explicitly requests deletion using the app’s built-in delete functions or after an account is deemed inactive.

  • Users have full control over managing their data through the available options within the app interface.

Note: Data is stored securely, and users can access, modify, or delete their data at any time using the available tools within the application.

Inactivity

  • Accounts that haven’t had any activity recorded for 11 months will be marked as inactive. Any account that stays inactive for another month (12 months of inactivity in total) will have all of its data and projects deleted.

  • Recovering that data is NOT possible, but the user may ask to reactivate their account.

  • Activity is defined as follows: - Upload a file - Train an AI Model - Acquire data from datamarket - Apply an AI Model on a file

  • Actions such as creating a new empty project or renaming a file will NOT count as activity.
